Tube I hope to get out on Saturday for a trial run with my new set up. I'll report when I get back. In the mean time Radio Shack (now the "Source" up here in Canada is no help at all. They didn't even have chargers.
Went to Canadian Tire and was shown a couple of chargers designed for motorcyle lawn tractor and snowmobile batteries. The clerk at the store where I bought the finder gave me specs for a Class 2 500mA charger that looked like an adapter except for the alligator clips on the leads. AQUA VUE underwater cameras supply that charger with the 7 amp SLA that comes with their units.
The Canadian tire chargers were 1000 mA for the one that my son uses to charge up his motorcycle battery and 1500 plus mA for the expensive automatic charger, Can I use these types of chargers for my 7 amp SLA or should I keep looking?
