* round rat tail file.

*needle nose plyers

suplies needed

* Foxy Poxy
* disired paint
* Hooks
* feathers if you want to get fancy

cut them to lenth
file to shape
epoxy the hook on
paint
epoxy the whole popper
tie on frillies if you want them
