I think that fish has edzakary disease. It is a very rare ailment that affects fish in the ocean due mostly to environmental changes but can be brought on from stress, the out come of the disease attacking flesh on the fish and making the face look edsakary like its butt. lol.

I saw that fish in en email. It supposedly came in on the tsunami last decmeber.
