[#0000ff]In essence, the Bureau of Reclamation is proposing to maintain a more regular flow, rather than the peaks and valleys dictated by power requirements. They agree that it will not be as good for the "endangered species" (good-for-nothing chubs and suckers) as it will for trout and other gamefish.[/#0000ff]
