[font "Arial"]BATON ROUGE, LA—Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries agents recently arrested a Missouri man for what they called "contest fraud" during the Citgo Bassmaster Central Open on the Red River. Paul Tormanen, 39, of Lee's Summit, Missouri, allegedly caught several bass before the tournament and tied them to stumps in the Red River. After the tournament started, he reportedly returned to those spots and used the bass at the weigh-in. [/font]
