I cook mine in the Crockpot all day with a can of cream of chicken and a can of milk and then serve over rice, hard to beat.

I have a friend that uses the chukars he shoots to make fajitas. If you have a favorite recipe for fajitas give it a try. I think the best chukar I 've ever eaten were cut in small pieces fried with a little olive and used in a pasta salad. Gshorthair
