I was talking to Jim Stone of PugStone's in Garden City today. He says the Cisco will be starting pretty good this weekend but it'll be much better next week.
I think I'll go net my limit during the week when the crowds are down and the Cisco are much thicker. Jim also said the Mack and Cut fishing will be very good next week.

I would expect it will be better by mid week or next weekend as well. It will be interesting to see what effect this weather will have overall on the spawn and with no ice on the lake they will be a bit hard to see and net. Don, let us know when you go and how you do.

I'll sure do it KJ. If anyone wants to come join me I have a good net and can manipulate my schedule to do any of the weekdays. I don't want to go on a weekend. I may even have the leak fixed in my smaller fishing boat to do a bit of jigging or trolling.
