[ul][li]1/2 cup heavy cream [li]2 ounces blue cheese -- crumbled [li]salt and pepper -- to taste[/li][/ul]
In a small saucepan over low heat, heat the cream until it is bubbling at the edges. Add the blue cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese melts. Remove from the heat and serve with vegetables.
