Hey everyone, I have never been saltwater fishing but i want to go this spring... so i need some advice.

Should I hire a charter? any recomendations?

Any suggestions for a noob to salt water fishin?

What area do you plan to fish?? I have fished pretty much the whole Pacific Coast from Alaska to Baja California.

Saltwater fishing is similar to freshwater fishing but it does have it's differences. If you have any idea as to species that you would like to target, I can give you some tips on rigging and necessary gear.[cool]
