Lake Buchanan: Water clear-murky; 50 degrees; 1013' (7' low)
Surface water temperature has cooled a bite over the weekend making for slower bass fishing (post-frontal conditions) but it's cranking up the striper and white bass action.
Largemouth are fair along mainlake and secondary creek
points in 12-20 feet using Carolina rigged watermelon-red Snap Back lizards, Ice Tea Scoundrel worms on jigheads and wacky rigged 5" cotton candy Gibronis.
Stripers are good to 28 inches from Shaw Island up lake to the river drifting live bait, vertically jigging white bucktails and trolling.
White Bass are improving on mainlake points close to channel turns vertically jigging Pirk Minnows, 1/8th oz. Tiny Traps and white grubs.

Stripers are fair around schools of bait jigging Pirk Minnows and white bucktail jigs.
White Bass are good in 25'-33' over humps along the river channel jigging Pirk Minnows, Tiny Traps and Road Runners.
