My cousin and I decided to go stream fishing on the lower provo saturday 2/18/06. We decided to hit the bait section knowing we would probably have good sucess drifting worms in the deeper holes. I had to work that morning so we didn't arrive on the river until about 3:00 pm. Nunns park was a new spot to me and the river was running clear and low, with not many deep holes to fish. We decided to try it anyways, and put on our waders and headed out in search of big browns. Well we found some willing fish, but none of gigantic size. worms did the trick spitshotted with a bb size sinker to keep the worm near the bottom. two sinker were used in the deeper holes. We ended up with three browns a piece all about 14 inches with a few missed bites. By 5:30 my hands had gone completely numb so we decided to call it a day. Anyways it was a great day on the water despite the huge snowstorm we fished in.
