American Falls Dam from the West Side?

Does look like a spud dirt beach but I believe there is a little park on the outlet side of American Falls Dam. I don't believe I've seen this dam before.

I think that one was a too easy. I'll start another thread with picture that I think is more difficult.
The picture at American Falls was taken September 30th, 2005. American Falls was 10% full and about 40 feet below full pool. Here's a picture of a fish as promised.
