My favorite fishing spot was on the banks of the Tippecanoe River where my dad had a house. It was my favorite spot because it is where my dad first taught me to fish. I also loved this spot because you could either sit on the bank of the river or on the patio. I caught my best fish there a rainbow trout. I don't remember how big it was except to say that when we put it in the bucket we had, its nose touched its tail. My other favorite memory of this spot is the time mom came fishing with us. It was a lot of fun because while the rest of us were catching fish all she could catch were the snapping turtles.

Submit your Fishing Adventure Stories to win great prizes at ReMemory.Com
