creel limit:25 fish per day per person

a public hearing will be held within the next four months to recieve comment and adopt fimal regulation regarding these changes or altteratives that have equivalent or greater conservation value.

18" fluke? seems to grow 1/2" every year. Well as long as the fish grow with it. [] Come on fluke season!!
