fishing for crappie is good right now and sizes are great since the netting ban was inplaced . catching good numbers on split tail jigs , black and charturse, and black and white. while minnows are a main staple for many of the areas fisherman,many are changeing and adding power baits and crappie candy to there rigs and catching larger fish and more of them.
