We are gonna be doing a “Fetchin’ and Fixin’” session on some Utah Lake catfish for a special to be written up for the Salt Lake Tribune. Brett Prettyman will be in charge of writing the article on catching the fish and Kathy Stephenson will be overseeing the “shore lunch” of various recipes of catfish for the cooking section.[/#0000ff][/font][/size]

The article will be in the following Wednesday’s Trib, and there are deadlines for the writing, editing, etc. According to the ten day forecast, Wednesday will be better weatherwise than Thursday, so that was the reasoning.[/#0000ff][/font][/size]
