[mad], [#800000]I had better days. 1 bow and 1 splake. No donuts this time. Overcast, just a touch of sun. Very little wind and very comfortable. We got about 40 splake and rainbows. Tipped with perch meat was better than suckers/shinners. Got to meet Fuzzyron and his buddy, overall it was fun.[/#800000]

hey tomegun, I have to agree with you the fishing at fishlake was not as good as it has been it the last week [
] but i think that the cold front comeing through had something to do with that.. here are a pic of some of the splake we got up there.. [sly] rember to get white tube jigs with a 1/4 glow head tip it with a piece of perch and keep it moveing.

It was a great day, the company was wonderful, and we all had a good time. I think we were all hoping for larger fish and greater numbers, but at least none of us got skunked. Even though it was a long drive down and back. I was glad we did it. Fuzzy arrived sometime on Friday and fished all night long, while Tomegun, my son-in-law-Don, and I arrived early Saturday. We fished from dawn to dusk. The ice was 14 inches thick.
