For a long time i have heard tell of a mean mouth bass. Now i have a picture of one . I hope the picture below works if not i'll try again.The fish is actually a spotted x smallmouth hybrid. aka mean mouth. The picture is kinda small but you can go to [url "http://www.tnfish.org"]www.tnfish.org[/url] and see it in a larger scale. Once your on the site on the left hand side you will see a colum click on fish id and then at the bottom of that page is a link that says see all fish . The mean mouth bass is all the way on the left side of the screen about half way down.

In my last tournament on Bull Shoals, they introduced the mean mouth to us. My first encounter with one but I'm sure we'll meet again!!!
