Hit the nelle on the 4th. From all the reports I though the fishing would be hot, nope! Either I am dumb or the fish just weren't hungry. ![[Image: icon_confused.gif]](http://freeformfishing.com/modules/Forums/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif)
I threw everything at them and I ended up catching 3 smallies, one perch and one slimer, a rainbow bout 16 inches. One bass was 17", the other 15" and the other was a little smaller. I caught all of them on my flyrod, HOLY CRAP, those suckers pull on my 5wt rod. My arms were dead by the time I got the bass in, no problem with the trout and perch. I threw plastics at them but I could not get a hit, there were a ton of suspended fish from 5-16 down, bass maybe? THey were over 20-30 feet of water but they would not touch Senkos.[mad] I didn't mark hardly any fish near the shoreline.
