If you're shoreing it then I suggest Walsburg Bay. The wife and I tried there on the suggestion of Tubedude, and we did well. Got bites on all the usual trout baits, and saw a couple of large bass as well.
I bet some crawdad looking lures would work well in Walsburg for bass, we saw some really fat dads crawling around.

was there 2 weeks ago sunday, the best thing I found for trout out of the boat was pop gear and a threaded worm, walleye wouldn't bite for me some fat trout tho 20 ft. down.

What ya want to catch? Fished the rocks this evening down by the boueys. None stop bass action the whole time I was there. No real size to them but a hit on every cast. Lots of fun on spinners with tails (white and green).
