[cool]This big 'ol ugly fish must be one of those Eastern Asian catfish relative (or whatever), but it sure is nasty looking. I don't think I would be that comfortable with it's jaws that close to my fly though...

[cool][#0000ff]That is a wels, a large catfish found in some of the large rivers of Europe. This is the same fish that keeps showing up as (supposedly) being caught by noodling in the US. [/#0000ff]

[cool]I knew it wasn't a big 'ol blue cat or flathead, but I thought it was one of those Asian relatives. That certainly is a funky looking tail on that monster. I knew you could nail down the exact species though...
