Well, maybe I am disrespecting pigs by associating them with some
of the so called "campers" that we encountered over the weekend. Actually we never saw them but sure did see all the crap (literally) they left behind.

If any of you have ever been to Left Hand Fork I am sure you know how great of a place it is. We we arrived at our campsite and there was trash left all over our campsite and the old campfire site was complete full of diapers.

I just wonder who in the HELL can think like that. I asked my son to help me clean it up and we collected a bag full of trash. I am not trying to praise myself but hope that anyone who camps PLEASE keep our campsites clean.

I commend Tube Dude and others on this site who take time to clean up our public grounds.

Man that sucks. I know how you feel and can't believe people can do that. Makes you wonder what their home is like? I always try and leave our campsite the same, if not better, than when I got there. Even leaving a stack of firewood for the next campers if there is any left. Seeing trash like that is a peave of mine too. I can usually fill up a trash bag when I've been out. Sometimes I can't and they tend to be the better trips.

Man that sux... I grew up near left hand fork and have seen it at its worst...(mtn man rendevous)
that is such a beautiful area its sucks to see that a few have to mess it up for everyone.
last year during the deer hunt we went up south canyon and camped at davenport springs like we do every year and during the hunt I drove up top to drop my little brushers (nephews) off and at the highest point that you can fit a camper in I seen a fire pit that was full of garbage, I thought if a person takes the time to pile it all up in the fire pit then why cant they bag it up and take it out. I turn my truck around in that campsite and as I backed up I heard glass breaking under my truck so I pulled ahead and got out and walked back to investigate. My dad and I counted as we threw beer bottles in the back of my truck.... 200 empty beer bottles and countless broken ones... in the brush just 10' away from the fire pit!!!!!! I was furious and hope that people like this are brought to justice.
