Wasn't going to post since it was just another 1/2 day in the tube at pineview. It's close. Anyways, I left early for me, because I wanted to see if it made a difference. Got there about 8:30 am. Seems like it doesn't, in fact it wasn't good until about 11 am.????? Covered the shoreline in my tube and caught maybe 3 smallies and then retraced my route mid day. What a difference! In the same previously fished area I hooked about 2 dozen smallies, landed 16 and caught a 20 " tiger, all on a split tailed reaper, 6# line, and a small split shot about 9 " up. [shocked] Tried to release the tiger and Sparky grabbed him and I had to chase Sparky down in the tube to get him to release him. [mad] Man, I"d like to see him do that on a big un, not!!!! Quit about 1 pm, came home and have my dring in front of the tube as I post. It was a gooooooooood day.[] Had to keep the one in the pic. since he swallowed the lure and it was hooked in his gullet.

Did you fish the cemetary point area? Or did you start over by the swim beach? I've fished PV many times and have had little luck except for Crappie. Glad you had a good day, we need as many as possible.
