I know this post is late I just don't have time to use the computer as much anymore but here it is.
We got out and started fishing at around 6, we parked at the South Marina Campground and walked up on to the dyke and down toward the point and fished there until 11:30 we had hits on and off up until about 11 their were three of us, we each caught one catfish about 5 in. long and missed about a dozen each. We were using nightcrawlers and smelly jelly.
Hoping to get out and do some more fishing
Gonna try and do some fishing at Marsh Lake or China Lake around the 18th of August while on a camping trip there
