[cool][#0000ff]Orange? Add some green, chartreuse and some vertical dark bars and you can go dressed as a HUGE fire tiger musky lure.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]PS...don't forget to hang a BIG hook off your butt, and tie it off to a tree.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]If a tiger big enough to munch you "takes the bait" there will be no doubt about the record. Might be some concern about your survival though.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Good luck. Hope both Mama Nature and the fishies treat you well.[/#0000ff]

yes Orange!!!!!!! see i was on the green in a non brightly colored pontoon and got ran over. by a drift boat. Yes as fast as it happened, i was floating down stream and some fishertype person was rowing backwards. over my boat! LOL! so now i use a bright orange boat and you might be on to something, about those big boys!

[cool][#0000ff]Some tubers and tooners think that having a brightly colored craft will protect them from the power squadron. Nay, not so. The more visibility you have, the easier it is for them to see you and target you for recreational buzzing. I have seen wacko boaters use tubers for pylons in a slalom run on occasion. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I prefer muted colors and a stealth mode. My tube is dark green and I try to stay near shore and rocks so I do not become an easy target. Doesn't always work, but it puts my mind at ease.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I recently added painted on shark jaws, in an effort to deter skiers. (see pic) Doesn't do much for the guys in the big boats but it does seem to keep the PWC folks and skiers a bit further off.[/#0000ff]
