Has anybody had recent luck at Lost Creek? We did pretty well last year, but the few times I was there over this summer were very poor. I was just curious if the fall has brought on a good bite and I can't find any really recent reports on utahfishfinder.com

I was up there for a little while last thursday. I fished by the boat ramp for about a half hour without any luck. There were a few groups there and I didn't see anyone catch anything.
After that I fished by the dam. Missed one and got one in about 15 minutes. I had other places I wanted to check out, so I didnt stay long. Small panther martins were the ticket.

I hate to bag on other sites, but a lot of us on this board used to frequent UFF.com about 5 years ago or so. It then became infested with lots of trolls that would make anonymouse stupid comments just ripping on people and their reports, so the dude had to shut down that message board altogether about 3 or 4 years ago. The fishing reports on there (last I checked) were usually very old and outdated. Let me just say that you've come to the best Utah fishing message board on the www.

I was up last Friday caught a couple on yellow pwr bait justover the hill to the East of the bout ramp.

I fished there a week ago Sunday. My son outfished me. He caught on salmon eggs mainly. We were just east of the boat ramp. I caught on a 2" white jig. My wife caught on rainbow powerbait.

We boated 35 very quickly. Using a 11/2 inch White tube , tipped with a piece of crawler.[/size][/red][/font]

Thanks to you and everybody else who has replied. I think my 8-year old and I will go ahead and try it out this weekend. We usually fish on the East side by the small parking lot about 1/4 mile from the dam. I'll let you know how things go!!
