I have to post a link to a picture of a couple of my grandkids (notice that she caught a perch and a bluegill).

Very nice Kent. I might actually go fishing next week. I am headed up Fairview canyon for the elk hunt for the week. If there is any water in Huntington I will probably give the North West end a try. I also like to see what is swimming in the stream that runs down Fairview canyon.
Have a good one.

Hey, cute grandkids Kent! Bet there's not much that's more rewarding than watching them have fun catching fish. Can't wait till I have even my own KIDS to take fishing. My first one (Jack) should be fully ripe in about 3 or 4 weeks. Can't wait...

Adorable kids. Some of my fondest memories are fishing or hunting with my grandpa. I can not wait to get my daughter out fishing some time, but she just barly turned 1 so she has a year or two to go.

No question why you are a proud grandpa. Beautiful grandkids and a nice fat perch too.

Thanks for all of the kind words. Brett has contacted me to get permission to print the two pictures that were first included in my posts on BFT. He welcomes photos be submitted directly to him for inclusion in the paper. Having a picture in the paper is fun for the kids, and something they can look back on with enjoyment for years to come.

Way to go Kent. I also love to take my grandkids fishing.
They get so excited when they catch one. It's priceless!
By the way, my grandkids fish are cuter than your's![Wink]

They thought (especially my daughter) that the perch were neater looking fish than the bluegills. Helping the younguns catch panfish reminded me of the fun that I had catching perch at Deer Creek and bluegills at Spring Lake, when I was many moons younger. I think that my family (although it was just my parents and me) would have given Ocean a run for his money for number of family fishing outings as I was growing up. Good times, and great memories with my parents now gone. Only regret is that we never took any pictures.
