How do you think Jordanelle is going to be in this warming trend by the end of the week and if you had a choice between Thursday or Friday, which would you choose?

Hey, Troll! Mr. Smallie and I fished the 'Nelle today (lucked out with a day off and he didn't happen to be busy.)We caught 14 rainbows, 1 perch, and one nice smallie before 1 p.m. Put them all back so they are in there for you. Trolling minnow imitations in 40' of H2O for the slimers, tubes (green and white) for the smallies and perch in the shallows but ended up catching the nice smallie on a red and gold spinner bait. Thought about senkos but Mr. Smallie suggested trolling to see if we could locate the schools and so we did. Later in the a.m., we fly-fished where the river comes in but the W came up, so I don't know what to tell you if you are planning on breaking out your wand. We didn't get a lot of action up in the canyons and we did not try down by the dam either. As for Thursday or Friday for your outing, in my opinion you can take your pick. Water temp was 51 and it was 34 degrees ambient air temp when we arrived at 7 a.m. Tight lines, Troll. Let us know how you fared.
