[cool][cool] Foggy start yesterday for TEAM ESCAPE but the Lowrance GPS brought us right to the spot and put us right over the trout. Mo and Earl were amazed at the accuracy of the GPS as we winded our way through the fog and hit every turn and bayou on the nose. The GPS is a great tool but it's the other boats wandering around in the fog you have to worry about, but we were lucky and had smooth cruising all of the 18 miles we ran. We got on the trout from the start with plenty of throwbacks in the beginning but as we troll motored around we found some nice ones hiding along the shoreline. The action was steady and we hung in there till we had our 75 trout limits and then it was on to get some reds. We moved about a mile away to an irregular shoreline and the bite was on with Redfish and trout hitting the same lure, an opening night casted to the shore and slow retrieved out. We managed to hook up on 8 reds and only land 4 as the oyster bottom did a number on us. All and all the guys had a great time and booked another one later on after the holidays. ANOTHER GREAT DAY ON THE WATER.
GIVE US A CALL AN GET IN ON THE TROUT ACTION TOO.
