Threw this on the tubin forum too but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask here as well. I found a pinhole leak in one of the bladders of my FC4 while I was out on Saturday and had to stop and administer some mouth to mouth to the tube to keep afloat. What do you use and how do you do it when you're patching tube or toon bladders? I'm guessing they have to be completely deflated. Where its just a pinhole, do I aquaseal a piece of rubber over the hole, or just gob Aquaseal over it and hope it holds?? Any advice would be appreciated. I have a backup tube but would rather use the FC4 since I like fishing out of it so much. Thanks guys.

[cool][#0000ff]Plain old Aquaseal will do the job. Deflate the air bladder, lay it out as flat as possible and squeeze on just enough goop to make a circle about an inch across. Let it cure 12 to 24 hours and you're good to go.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Next time don't let those bluegills bounce off your tube. They always land spines first...just like your bread lands jelly side down when you drop it.[/#0000ff]
