2 lb baby octopus - (16 to 25 pieces) fresh or thawed Salt to taste 1/2 x onion minced 1/2 x red bell pepper minced 3 x garlic cloves - (to 4) minced 2 tbl soy sauce 1 tbl Korean sesame oil 1 tsp Korean red chile powder 1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
[li]Clean octopus. Sprinkle octopus with salt to taste and rub on for about a minute. Rinse in cold water. Drain. Repeat. Pat dry with paper towels. [li]Combine onion, bell pepper[/url] garlic, soy sauce, oil, chile powder and pepper in bowl. Coat octopus generously with seasoning. Grill over medium-high heat, moving around grill so octopus cooks evenly, 3 to 4 minutes. [li]This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.[/li]
