I'm just curious if there are any lakes that people have ventured out on yet with an ATV? What is the standard amount of ice to call it safe to go out with the 4 wheeler?

There was a four wheeler with sled and two guys on it at the ladders today. You could hear the ice cracking and feel the shock waves 250 feet away. I don't believe I would drive 30 miles per hour on the same path twice. Ice was 5 to 6 inches thick. Fishing was fair.
