Fished Holmes Creek Res. today from about 7:30a.m. - 11a.m. Ice was about 5 inches thick but looked very scary without any snow on it. Caught 3 bows but it might have been the same fish all three times. The trout were suspended at about 8-10 ft. and there was something on the bottom at about 26 ft. that I could see chasing my jig on the flasher but it would never hit. Tried all sorts of sizes from ice fly up to 2" tube jig but no luck. Oh yeah, I forgot to grab bait on the way out the door so I used very old, very frozen nightcrawlers. At least I didn't get skunked.

alright brett i should have went.. i was awake anyways from your yelling kid! ha. but i guess thats what i get for sleepin on the couch and not on my bed.. o well.. we can always go next time your over here. since you ALWAYS want to go there. ha. i dont blame you. one of thease times we will get what your looking for
