Here is our report from the berry(sat). Fishing was excellent for me and my son, we iced over 30-40 fish. All fell within the slot limit. Conditions well they sucked and as the day progressed the worse they got. Was the first truck in the parking lot and it was very cold-5 by the truck thermometer. We fished the same holes until we left. The wind statrted blowing earlier than it normally does. And just got worse. Then it started snowing.(side ways). Thank goodness for the ice tent and heater.

Had a ball. Fishing was fast and furious for the first 4 hrs then they developed lock jaw around noon not a bite for two hours so we loaded up and went home.. Fishing was so much better this week-end than last week-end I was too embarrassed to give a report for last week ends adventure.

Sounds like a great time, even if they were all in the slot! What was the general area you were in & how thick was the ice?

The wind blew all day today. Still between us we iced 29. New two pole rule was NICE, tipped one with a giant mealie and one with a minnow. All fish in the slot, except a 23 1/2" cutt. Wind made it miserable.

Mr. cheese,
I guess I did leave out some information in the report.(not intentional). We took the snobiles across over to the Bryants fork area. Ice was around 5 inches. I expected the ice to be thicker by now, made my butt pucker going across just hammered down and didnt look back.
