Does anyone know where to get a good ice chisel? Also, it's time to get my auger blades sharpened and I realized I don't know anywhere to do that?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Thanks, that's exactly like what i wanted. I did search Cabela's too but didn't find it. You're searching skills must be much better.
Wish I had the skills and tools to make one but I don't.

I've got a more basic version which I bought from the old Anglers Inn (which has been closed for probably 7 or 8 years).
If you have a grinder and keep the chisel sharp, it will go through a foot of ice pretty quick. I enjoy the light weight, it will re-open an old hole fast, but after about 12" - 14" it'll warm you right up. The advantages (to me) have far outweighed the di
vantages and despite owning a non-motorized drill-style auger, I continue to use the chisel almost every weekend.
That being said, when my gas-auger friends are along I always appreciate their company!!
