Hit Starvation Thursday afternoon. Fished the bar area out from the dam in 14-75 feet of water. Had one hookup about 30 feet off the bottom that was probably a trout but otherwise nothing. Aqua-vu showed no sign of fish.

Fished Pelican the next day. It was -4 and foggy. Fished the area opposit from the launch in weeds and the island. Not sure if we were even at the island because it was so foggy. Didn't have a single bite.

Left about noon and went back to Starvation. We worked the east side from Indian bay and upstream for a mile or so in the little canyons and along the Rocky drop offs. Found one spot with Dinky perch and that was it.

Both days we were the only ones fishing Starvation. Too fogy to know if anyone else was on Pelican.

Thanks for posting your report WD, too bad the catching was so slow. When we fished Starvation a few years back we did a little better right off the East side of the dam, there was some kind of structure there that held the fish in that area. One of the locals was there and was pulling walleye out but nothing big. WH2
