[cool][#0000ff]We had a couple of threads on catfish and filleting recently, and I have been doing some picture editing in my files and found a whole batch from last year to share. Brett Prettyman of the Salt Lake Tribune had us help with a catfish "Hook and Cook" thing that they used for two different articles...one on catchin' and the other on cookin'. Their staff photographer took a lot of pics and forwarded some to me.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I have also expanded my publishing capabilities recently so I thought I would try putting together something in a PDF file that folks could download and keep on their computer without having to look up a thread in the future. Attached is the result.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I apologize for the gory nature of some of the pics. The photographer was shooting away as I was trying to get our fish filleted for the upcoming fish fry. I was just rockin' and rollin' with the knives and did not take time to rinse off some of the blood or remove other "goodies" that would mess up the pics. So...deal with it.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to view the PDF file. Most folks have that, but if not you can download it free off the internet. I'll find a link if anybody needs it.[/#0000ff]
