Howdy, has anyone fished the Bear river near Newton Res. by Logan , I understand that there is a heck of a spawn period that takes place in that general area , if anyone has info I would sure like to hear about it?

I know below Cutler Reservoir...and near Tremonton. I have never heard of the spot near Newton Res. Depending on the temperatures, the end of March...beginning of April is when the walleye spawn up here. Another great spot on the Bear River for walleye is near Riverdale below Onieda Narrows in Idaho...I have hammered them in there but it has been a few years. I am confident they are still hangin' in there though.
