With all the warming going on lately, was just wondering if anyone has heard if they might allow small crafts on willard once it opens up?? I.E tubes, toons, small boats.

I am planning on pulling the toon out of storage to get it ready within the next couple weeks and wanted to start my "to go to" list of waters that I want to fish this year from it.
