Went to Pineview yesterday 2-20, fished the narrows as well as cemetary point area from 1100 to 400. Made swiss cheese out of the ice and could not find the fish, not even a bite. I was thinking maybe they got hit hard on President's Day but suprisingly there wasn't much evidence of that (tracks, holes, etc). I did notice a lot of open water on the far east side of the lake, has anyone fished this? If so, is it worth while to hike down there?

[cool][#0000ff]Both the ice and the fishing have been going downhill the past week. An ice fishing tournament last Saturday saw very few fish caught and at least one angler going through the ice in 6 feet of water off Cemetery point.[/#0000ff]
