Exhibiting at ICAST50
There are less than 100 booths left for ICAST50. With the show floor almost sold out, you must move quickly to reserve your exhibit space. Companies who want to exhibit at ICAST50 should submit an exhibit space contract as soon as possible to ensure your business is front and center for the nearly 2,000 buyers and more than 500 members of the media who attend the show. Exhibitors who have paid both their booth fees and their ASA membership dues should expect to receive their Exhibitor Service Manual in mid-April. ICAST50 Exhibitor and Attendee Registration
Online registration for ICAST exhibitors opens March 5. Registration for ICAST attendees is expected to open March 15. The easiest and most efficient way to register is online through the ICAST Web site. When registering, please review the registration forms carefully, as some options have changed. Exhibitor Promo Pak Arriving Soon
One of the best resources ASA provides for its exhibitors is the Exhibitor Promo Pak. The Promo Pak contains many items to help exhibitors promote their booths and attract buyers to the show. Reelin' and Dealin' - A Guide to ICAST-only Show Specials is back for a second year.
Special product discounts-exclusive to ICAST-have been a popular draw for both domestic and international buyers for years and give buyers a better opportunity to save money on product orders placed during the show. The guide will be mailed to pre-registered buyers in mid-May and distributed throughout the show. The deadline for listing in the Show Specials Guide is April 24.
