The Weber below Echo is muddy today so I went to Wanship were the water was just fine. Caught a couple of white fish today but not a lot to brag about. Was checked for a fishing license. The guy fishing below me recieved a ticket for trespass,he spent a couple minutes on the wrong side of the bridge. Felt bad for the guy. He should have spent more time there to earn the ticket.

Didn't have time to fish Weber on Wednesday but managed to fish Big Cottonwood for an hour. Caught about 5 or 6 small browns 8 to 12 inches. Thursday I found time to fish the Weber. Spent a couple hours at Taggarts and caught 5 or 6 browns 10 to 14 inches. Drove up to Henefer and water visibilty was only about a foot. Only managed a 13 inch brown in about an hour. Weird thing was I didn't even see a whitefish at either place. Well hopefully someone is catching all those big browns in Weber because I don't think I've caught any really big ones there in at least a couple months.

Also fished the middle weeb this morning. Don't know how I missed you James. Had to of been close by. We visited with the fish cop also. He didn't check us though. I had him too busy laughing at me as I took my waders off. They were full of water. He asked "what ya do, go scuba diving after em?" Let's just say it was a cold ride home. I biffed it in a big hole. Whoa, the water is still cold!
Had something good on for a minute. Never seen it before it popped off. My bud landed one and lost one at his feet. Not one whitey? Where in the world are they? We really don't mind getting into them up there. But we just didn't find today.
