You can find lots of Striped bass in the backs of the cuts with stained water, Fish with a crank bait to locate and then if you want you can use bait or keep moving from cut to cut....

The best cranks are blue gill or shad colors you will be fishing in water from 20 feet to 2 feet deep....

In some cuts you can catch 20 or more fish in one cut....
