Ok, whats the deal with fishing gravy? It's a little wierd. Is it good or bad or does it even do anything? I got some Garlic Trout gravy the other day. Didn't get to try it yet, but was it a worth while buy?

the gravy line of scents work decent, as do the smelly jelly scents. my favorites are made by pro cure though. their super gels stay on the lure longer and bleed into the water and create a great scent trail. some days when fish are turning their noses at your lures, a scent can make a big difference. also, they tend to hold onto the lure a little longer if it has some scent to it. this really helps slow hook setters like me!

I watched a guy catch a 8 pound largemouth bass in savannah ga on a piece of italian sausage. I think their is a large population of fish from italian decent... [Wink]

Sorry, nothing ment by that. In fly fishing there is what is called the SAN JUAN SHUFFLE. It is when a ff goes up stream from where they want to fish, then kick rocks and scuff the bottom causing all the aquatic food to float down stream, they go fish that spot.
Really frowned upon in the FF world[mad]
