[#0000bf]What a killer show....just gets better and better.
Some incredible tiers and tons of great seminars.
Lynn Scott did the Henry's seminar this year, but trying to pack all the great pictures and info in a one hour slot, just didn't happen, but he did outstanding and I walked away with still more info on this moody lake.
Met a bunch of people off the net and they were so nice. There were a lot of people that I am very humble in their presents, but are as down to earth as you can get.
There were a few booths with new gear to check out (I think,....I kinda got stuck at the HARDEY booth...WOW! neat stuff, totally blown away with the Swift TE reel)
Hung out at the Vosseler booth (and not just cause Stef made here chocolate chip cookies) But Nick, Jay and Stef know their stuff. In fact I bought the new Pre Styling Vise (Bruce you would love this one [/#0000bf][#0000bf]Fly Tying Vice| red dot winner 2007 | Flyfishing | Vosseler[/#0000bf][#0000bf]) and one of their reels [/#0000bf][#0000bf]more images[/#0000bf][#0000bf] (a classic look for my Tea Stick)
There was also a booth with the new line by Brian Chan & Phil Rowley called Stillwater. The make the WHITE metal beads which I love and the midge stretch floss that comes in PERFECT colors for the hatches...Right on guys.
Dave Scadden was there with the North Fork Outdoors and all the new rides. Looks like I will be getting one of his new creations the Navigator II to add to my arsenal in the future. A rowable float tube, that is motor capable. How cool is that and it has no frame so folds down to nothing for travel.
Learned a few tricks also from Dave on what his crafts are capable of. Thanks Dave.[/#0000bf]
