Ever since last week with the new adds, weather, etc it takes longer just to read someones post. I have one of thee fastest connections and normally it transfers within milliseconds[
] now it takes on average of 5+ seconds. Its a pain in the butt for me. Anyone else having this problem or do I just expect too much from my connection? It also says connection has timed out every other time i want to read a post. Anyways, just my observation lately.

Everything runs smooth and quick for me. No problems here as far as speed goes. However, sometimes the adds poke out and cover part of the posts.

I have experenced the same thing. So I re-size my text at the top of my browser to medium that re-aligns everything just right. Then so my old eyes can read it I go to the bottom of the page and enlarge the hole thing to either 125% or 150% depending. I never have to scroll to read the board only the adds. I know they will fix the glichs soon enough. They always have.

Give Mozilla Firefox a try, if you are not using it yet, and install an add-on called Adblock. Their website is
www.mozilla.com. It keeps some of the clutter out and helps the site load a lot faster. You can pick and choose what ads you want to block. It doesn't block the BF Resources and Media Center, though.

Im having some issues just in the past few days same as you.
Yesterday (Thursday) page would not even fully load, it would lock up.
