[#0000ff]I have tried to streamline these reference resources to reflect only the best and most popular models on the current market. I have purposely omitted some of the low end stuff or models that get very little interest. I will try to keep up and add the new ones as they pop up.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Rather than eliminate the old shopping guides, which contained some models no longer available, I moved them over into the archive board and included links to them in the new shopping guides.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]These should prove helpful for newbies trying to make realistic evaluations, based upon size, quality of construction, weight and capacity, price, etc. It should be the first place we send our new members when they ask the standard questions.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I will be doing the same thing for waders, fins, footwear, sonar, accessories and other items for which we need good intel before plunking down our hard earned fishing moolah.[/#0000ff]
