We left the ramp at 7:00 am and headed to the northeast side of the lake. We trolled around in figure eights, trying to stay in 15-30 feet of water and watching the screen for fish. We used b&w daredevils with no weight or downrigger trolled at 2mph. We caught quite a few rainbows, but nothing of size. Later we threw on rapalas with a drop weight a few feet above them and caught a few more. We fished until 10:30 and called it a day. It was beautiful out with no wind at all. I also found out what it feels like to be attached to a flopping trout via rapala, freakin awesome.
Mods, sorry for the photo size, I have not editing software on the new lapper. Please fix it. Last time I swear.
