I don't know where you are located, but in Northern Utah you can easily catch them at Causey Res. East Canyon has them to but you are more likley to catch a Rainbow. Hunington produces them reguarly and with some good size as well. At Causey there hasn't been to many biggens' come out, not to say they don't exist........
Good luck on the quest

SCOFIELD, plus some smaller ones in the Uinta's like Trial, Washington.
They seem to group and school in certain spots. Once you find the spot......you got it made![cool]

I've caught them out of Scofield.

I have caught them at Scofield, Huntington (ice in and off) and at Forsyth by Fish Lake. I have noticed that in general they are relatively closer to shore than other species of trout during the spring and fall and I have done my best with lucky craft pointer 78 and the rapala x-raps. They are getting to be a decent size at Scofield - last time we went in April my buddy and I caught 10 or so fish and all of them were Tigers from the same area. We first caught them from float tubes and then came to shore and my buddy caught 3 or 4 more casting rapala's from shore. Good luck and be prepared for an awesome fight. I caught a 20" from forsyth that fought like a yellowtail and the hooked another one that felt 2x as big before it wrapped up in some brush and took my 12 dollar lucky craft to show all of his buddies. Oh well - will be down there this weekend fishing for a mountable tiger. Keep us posted.
