African Tiger Fish or just 'Tiger Fish'

A couple years ago I posted a string about a fish I saw down at the Monroe power plant on Lake erie , that's the fish !
The eyes seemed a little larger on the ones I saw , a total 2 of them spotted in my days down there .

For you guys not familiar with "downriver rat" , it is the local slang for a detroit river walleye fisherman [cool].
